Touch Incentive Marketing finalist Loyalty Magazine Awards 2020!

Greenchoice and Cendris, in collaboration with Touch Incentive Marketing, have been nominated as finalists for the Loyalty Magazine Awards 2020 in no less than 5 categories!

The Loyalty Magazine Awards celebrate excellence, innovation and success cases in the loyalty industry in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The Loyalty Magazine Awards were created to share innovation and best practices within the loyalty industry and to stimulate developments.

Greenchoice  reached out to Touch early 2019 to ask how they could actively involve their customers in their sustainable mission and thus obtain and retain their customers. The solution became Samen Greenchoice; the industry’s first eco-loyalty initiative, both rewarding and promoting sustainable behavior. This loyalty program has managed to nominate itself for 2 categories at the Loyalty Magazine Awards, namely:

  • The NEW Eco-loyalty Initiative of the Year
  • Best Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative Linked to Loyalty

In addition, Touch Incentive Marketing and Cendris launched Cendris Coins in 2018; a loyalty currency that enabled an organizational transformation. Based on the idea that working should and could be a pleasant experience, the entire Employee Experience Cycle was examined. A structure was created with more focus on the experience and involvement of employees. This transformation in the organization resulted in a nomination in the categories:

  • Best B2B Loyalty Program
  • Best Use of Communications (including Social Media)
  • Best Coupon / Voucher based Loyalty Program

Now the waiting has started. A panel of independent industry experts assess all participating cases. The winners will be announced on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 in the historic Tower of London.
