Rob Duijn and Dennis van den Berg founded Touch Incentive Marketing together in 1999. For the very first customer; Holland Casino, Touch was allowed to supply the Dream Prizes as an incentive for the guests.
The very first loyalty program soon followed, for none other than Coca-Cola! For the first time in the Netherlands, Coca-Cola started a savings program for beverage wholesalers. This flying start meant the rise of Touch! Nowadays, Touch works for dozens of renowned organizations such as Unilever, ING, Greenchoice and Postcode Loterij.
2003 – The construction of Villa California
The year 2003 is described as a highlight in the books of Touch: the construction of an own building, called Villa California.
The remarkable building in Barendrecht, located along the A15, radiates the positivism and optimism that characterizes Touch. The building has spacious offices, an internal logistics center and an atrium with its own health center and various gaming facilities. This makes it an inspiring place for both employees and customers.
December 2017 – Launch Erop Uit Voordeelkaart (Entertainment Benefit Card)
Touch monitors trends and developments in the field of loyalty and gathers a lot of insights through the diversity of customers and partners that we work with. Based on these insights, Touch has developed a product; the Erop Uit Voordeelkaart. With this membership, cardholders receive a discount of up to 70% on more than 300 activities in the Benelux. The Erop Uit Voordeelkaart has succesfully been used as an incentive for customers or employees for over many times now!

2018 - Acquisition of Diner Jaarkaart
At the beginning of 2018, Diner Jaarkaart was taken over by Touch. With this platform, Touch has brought in a successful benefit concept, which is often used as an added value incentive by Touch Promotions!
With a membership of the Diner Jaarkaart, cardholders receive a 25% discount on the entire bill or a selected menu at more than 1.250 restaurants in the Benelux. The restaurateurs receive more customers and therefore more turnover in their quieter moments. A win-win situation!

May 2017 - Touch Tickets official ticket partner Albert Heijn
Albert Heijn launches the new platform “Lekker weg, lekker thuis”. Entrance tickets, mobile prepaid products and gift cards are sold on this online platform. Touch Tickets is responsible for the complete offer of tickets and the full campaign calendar for filling out the platform www.ah.nl/tickets. Touch is the contract owner of all participating parties at www.ah.nl/tickets.
Touch Tickets has now grown into a fully-fledged ticket partner for one-off activations, entire campaigns and complete ticketing software.
June 2017 – Joint venture Faxions and Touch in Belgium
In June 2017, Faxions and Touch Incentive Marketing were merged into Touch Consumer Promotions Belux in Belgium through a joint venture. The Dutch Diner Jaarkaart and Erop Uit Voordeelkaart also went international under the names Dinnerdeals and Fundeals.
Sept 2019 - TOUCH INCENTIVE SPAIN IS A FACT!
In September 2019, the joint venture between Travelmundo and Touch was officially launched in Spain; Touch Incentive Spain. With an office in Madrid and a telemarketing department in Estepona, there is a good basis for these international developments.
October 2019 – Launch Health & Beauty Voordeelkaart
October 2019 Touch launches the Health & Beauty Voordeelkaart (Health & Beauty Benefit Card)! With the Health & Beauty Voordeelkaart, cardholders receive unique discounts of up to 70% at the best beauty locations, for treatments and products, but also for relaxing and healthy activities such as wellness, mindfulness or sports. A nice addition to the range of added value products.
